Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We truly appreciate your support and want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before completing your order.

In-Store Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • A valid receipt is required.

  • Items must have original tags attached.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Exchanges may be made for in-stock merchandise of equal or greater value.

    • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Online Returns & Store Credit

For online purchases, the same eligibility requirements apply:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must have original tags attached.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To initiate a return, customers must email info@addysway.com to request approval and return instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued.

  • Store credit may be used in-store or online.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment for online orders.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All Sale and Clearance merchandise

  • All Jewelry

No exceptions.
