Store Policy

Turnaround Time:

All orders will ship within 7-14 days of the date the order is placed.  Turnaround time depends on in stock or custom items as well as volume of orders.

 

Returns:

Our policy last 14 days.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.  Exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your back account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is posted.  If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at addyswayjewelry@gmail.com.

 

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sales items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at addyswayjewelry@gmail.com and send your item to: 3110 Brook Hollow Dr. O'Fallon, MO  63366.

 

Gifts:

If the item was marked gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll received a credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you.

 

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail it to: 3110 Brook Hollow Dr.,  O'Fallon, MO 63366.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item.  Shipping cost are non-refundable.  

 

Lost or Missing Packages:

Once an order is processed you'll received an email with your tracking number, as well as an email alerting you when the package has been delivered.  If your order shows delivered and you haven't received it, please notify us at addyswayjewelry@gmail.com and USPS.  Often times items have been misdelivered and USPS has the ability to track the package further.  If the package cannot be located and all efforts through USPS have been exhausted then a reasonable solution will be offered.  Resolutions will only be offered when contact is made within a 7 day window of the item being shown delivered.
