In-Store Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

A valid receipt is required.

Items must have original tags attached.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges may be made for in-stock merchandise of equal or greater value.

If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Online Returns & Store Credit
For online purchases, the same eligibility requirements apply:

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must have original tags attached.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
To initiate a return, customers must email info@addysway.com to request approval and return instructions.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued.

Store credit may be used in-store or online.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment for online orders.
